BOUNTY (ELECTRIC MOTORS) ACT 1984 No. 112 of 1984 - SECT 12

Limit of bounty

12. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the total amount of
bounty payable to a manufacturer of bountiable motors in respect of bountiable
motors manufactured by the manufacturer during the bounty period shall not
exceed $300,000.
