Bounty (Berry Fruits) Act 1982 No. 132 of 1982 - SECT 7
Bounty not payable in respect of certain fruit
7. (1) Bounty is not payable in respect of any bountiable fruit produced by
the Commonwealth, a State or an authority of the Commonwealth or of a State
(including an educational or research institution established by the
Commonwealth or a State).
(2) In this section, ''State'' includes the Northern Territory.
