Bounty (Berry Fruits) Act 1982 No. 132 of 1982 - SECT 6

6. (1) The amount of bounty payable to a producer of bountiable fruit is $100
per tonne of bountiable fruit provided to the processor of the bountiable
fruit.

(2) For the purposes of sub-section (1), the weight of bountiable fruit shall
be calculated at the time at which the fruit is received at the premises of
the processor.
