Bounty (Berry Fruits) Act 1982 No. 132 of 1982 - SECT 4
Uniformity
4. A power conferred on the Minister or the Comptroller-General by this Act
shall not be exercised in such a manner that bounty under this Act would not
be uniform throughout the Commonwealth within the meaning of paragraph 51
(iii) of the Constitution.
