Bounty (Berry Fruits) Act 1982 No. 132 of 1982 - SECT 14
Accounts, &c.
14. A person is not entitled to bounty unless-
(a) he keeps such accounts, books, documents and other records as
correctly record and explain-
(i) such particulars relating to the production or the sale or
other disposal (including provision to a processor) of fruit in
respect of which bounty is, or may become, payable as are
specified by the Minister in a notice published in the Gazette;
and
(ii) such other particulars (if any) in relation to that fruit as
are specified by the Minister by notice in writing served,
either personally or by post, on the person; and
(b) he retains those accounts, books, documents and other records for at
least 2 years after the picking or harvesting of the fruit concerned.
