Bounty (Berry Fruits) Act 1982 No. 132 of 1982 - SECT 11

11. A producer of bountiable fruit may, by notice in writing furnished to the
Comptroller-General, authorize a specified processor of bountiable fruit to
act as his agent for the purpose of receiving bounty on his behalf, and such
an authorization may be given effect to for the purposes of this Act.
