Biological Control Act 1984 No. 139 of 1984 - SECT 49

49. (1) A Commissioner, or a person assisting a Commission and authorized by a
Commissioner to do so, may inspect any books or documents furnished to the
Commission for the purposes of the performance of its functions under this Act
or produced at an inquiry and may make copies of, or take extracts from, those
books or documents.

(2) Books or documents so furnished may be retained by the Commission for such
reasonable period as the Commission thinks fit.
