BOUNTY (ROTARY CULTIVATORS) ACT 1979 No. 70 of 1979 - SECT 9

9. (1) The rate at which bounty is payable in respect of a bountiable prime
mover is $40 per kilowatt of the power output of the prime mover's engine.

(2) The reference in sub-section (1) to the power output of an engine shall be
read as a reference to the intermittent rating of the engine ascertained by
the test for ascertaining that rating set out in the approved standard when
conducted under the conditions relating to that test specified in that
standard.
(3) In sub-section (2), ''approved standard'' means such standard or code for
rating engines adopted in the motor engine industry as is approved by the
Comptroller-General for the purposes of this section.
