BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 2 of 1986 - SECT 14

14. (1) Section 80 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (b).

(2) Notwithstanding the amendment made by sub-section (1), section 80 of the
Principal Act continues to apply in relation to directions given to the
Corporation by the Minister under sub-section 78 (2) of that Act before the
repeal of that last-mentioned sub-section.
