BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 66 of 1985 - SECT 9

Divisions of Tribunal

9. (1) Section 15C of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraphs (1A)
(a) and (b) and substituting the following paragraphs:



"(a) the renewal of a commercial licence having a metropolitan service area;
or

   (b)  the suspension or revocation of a licence,".

(2) Section 15C of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in paragraph (11)
(a) "or section 18A" after "sub-section 18 (2)".
