BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 66 of 1985 - SECT 10

10. Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) "and revoke" and substituting

", revoke and accept the surrender of"; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-sections (2) and (3) and substituting the following
        sub-section:



"(2) In performing its functions under paragraphs (1) (d), (e) and (f) in
relation to the broadcasting of programs by licensees, the Tribunal shall
consult representatives of those licensees.".
