BOUNTY AND SUBSIDY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 37 of 1986 - SECT 9
Declarations of classes of equipment
9. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following sub-section:
"(8) Sub-section 23 (3) of the Industries Assistance Commission Act 1973 does
not prevent the Minister taking any action that the Minister is authorised to
take under this section.".
