Bank Account Debits Tax Legislation Amendment Act 1983 No. 110 of 1983 - SECT 16

16. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-paragraph
(c) (ii) ''or to avoid liability for payment of an amount under section 10 of
the Bank Account Debits Tax Administration Act 1982 in respect of that tax''.
