Bank Account Debits Tax Administration Act 1982 No. 142 of 1982 - SECT 62

62. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act,
prescribing matters-

   (a)  required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or

   (b)  necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving
        effect to this Act, and, in particular, may make regulations-

   (c)  prescribing penalties not exceeding $500, for a breach of the
        regulations; and

   (d)  for and in relation to the practice and procedure of a Supreme Court
        in proceedings to which section 29 applies.
