Bank Account Debits Tax Administration Act 1982 No. 142 of 1982 - SECT 51

51. A witness on behalf of the Commissioner or a Deputy Commissioner in any
prosecution shall not be compelled to disclose the fact that he received any
information, the nature of the information or the name of the person who gave
the information, and an officer appearing as a witness shall not be compelled
to produce any reports made or received by him confidentially in his official
capacity or containing confidential information.
