Bank Account Debits Tax Administration Act 1982 No. 142 of 1982 - SECT 49

49. A conviction, warrant of commitment or other proceeding, matter or thing
done or transacted in relation to the execution or carrying out of this Act
shall not be held void, quashed or set aside by reason of any defect or want
of form, and a party is not entitled to be discharged out of custody on
account of that defect or want of form.
