Bank Account Debits Tax Administration Act 1982 No. 142 of 1982 - SECT 41
Obstructing persons
41. A person shall not obstruct or hinder an officer in the discharge of his
duty under this Act or the regulations.
Penalty: $2,000 or imprisonment for 6 months, or both.
