BROADCASTING (OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL) ACT 1987 No. 68 of 1987 - SECT 36
Limitation of interests in commercial television licences
36. Section 13 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(5) the following subsection:
"(5A) Section 91A of the Principal Act applies for the purposes of subsections
(2), (3), (4) and (5) as if those subsections were included in Division 3 of
Part IIIB of the Principal Act.".
