BROADCASTING (OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL) ACT 1987 No. 68 of 1987 - SECT 2

2. (1) Section 1 and this section shall come into operation on the
twenty-eighth day after the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sections 33 and 34 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1
January 1986.

(3) Sections 35 and 36 shall come into operation, or shall be deemed to have
come into operation, immediately after the commencement of the Broadcasting
Amendment Act 1987 .

(4) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on a day or
days fixed by Proclamation.
