BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 9 of 1992 - SECT 41

Application of Act in relation to administrations under this Part

41. Section 248 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(1) "147 (inclusive) and sections 157" and substituting "138H (inclusive),
Subdivisions I and J of Division 4B of Part VI and sections 140 to 147
(inclusive) and sections 156A".
