BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 119 of 1987 - SECT 59
Control of trustees by the Court
59. (1) Section 179 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsections
(3) and (4).
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), subsections 179 (3) and (4) of the
Principal Act continue to apply in relation to an application made under
subsection 179 (3) of the Principal Act before the commencement of this
section.
