BROADCASTING AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 79 of 1987 - SECT 33
Amendment of the Broadcasting and Television Act 1942 as in force immediately before 1 January 1986 for the purposes of its continued application to old system licences
33. For the purposes of the continued application, by virtue of section 98 of
the Broadcasting and Television Amendment Act 1985, of the Broadcasting and
Television Act 1942 as in force immediately before 1 January 1986, section 106
of the Broadcasting and Television Act 1942 as in force immediately before 1
January 1986 is amended by adding at the end of paragraph (4) (b) ", the
Broadcasting Stations Licence Fees Act 1964 or the Television Stations Licence
Fees Act 1964".
