BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 21 of 1985 - SECT 3

3. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in the definition
of "maintenance order" in sub-section (1) ", including an order with respect
to the payment of arrears of maintenance, being an order" after "person".
