BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 12 of 1980 - SECT 5

5. Section 8 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section
substituted: Act to bind the Crown

"8. This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, of each of the
States and of the Northern Territory.".
