BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 12 of 1980 - SECT 176
Court may resolve difficulties
176. (1) Where any difficulty arises in the application, in accordance with
provisions of this Act, to a particular matter of the amendments of the
Principal Act made by this Act, the Court may, on the application of an
interested person, make such order as it thinks proper to resolve the
difficulty.
(2) An order so made has effect notwithstanding anything contained in the
Principal Act as amended by this Act.
