BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 12 of 1980 - SECT 17

17. (1) Section 26 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub- sections
(4), (5) and (6).

(2) Notwithstanding the amendment of section 26 of the Principal Act made by
sub-section (1) of this section, sub-sections 26 (5) and (6) of the Principal
Act continue to apply, after the commencement of this section, to documents
and copies of documents marked, before the commencement of this section, with
a stamp referred to in sub-section 26 (4) of the Principal Act as if that
amendment had not been made.
