BOUNTY (SHIPS) ACT 1989 No. 69 of 1989 - SECT 29

29. (1) The Comptroller shall, as soon as practicable after the end of the
financial year commencing on 1 July 1989 and of each subsequent financial
year, give to the Minister a return setting forth:

   (a)  the name and address of each person to whom bounty was paid in that
        financial year;

   (b)  the amount of bounty paid to each person in that financial year; and

   (c)  such other particulars (if any) as are prescribed.

(2) The Minister shall cause a copy of the return to be laid before each House
of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the return is
received by the Minister.
