BOUNTY (BOOKS) ACT 1986 No. 127 of 1986 - SECT 9
Uniformity
9. A power conferred on the Governor-General, the Minister, the Comptroller or
any other person by this Act shall not be exercised in such a manner that
bounty would not be uniform throughout the Commonwealth within the meaning of
paragraph 51 (iii) of the Constitution.
