BOUNTY (COMPUTERS) ACT 1984 No. 113 of 1984 - SECT 11
Good quality of bountiable equipment
11. Bounty is not payable in respect of bountiable equipment if the
Comptroller-General declares in writing that, in his or her opinion, the
equipment is not of good and merchantable quality.
