BOUNTY (PAPER) ACT 1979 No. 72 of 1979 - SECT 13

13. A person is not entitled to bounty unless he keeps, to the satisfaction of
the Minister, accounts, books, documents and other records showing, from time
to time, particulars relating to the manufacture and sale of bountiable paper
and such other information in relation to the paper as the Minister requires.
