Schedule for repayment of accumulated debt

3. Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (a)
"7 years" and substituting "8 years".
NOTE ABOUT SECTION HEADING 1. Upon the commencement of this Act, the heading
to section 50 is altered by
omitting "Corporation" and substituting "Commission".
