AUSTRALIAN WOOL REALISATION COMMISSION ACT 1991 No. 107 of 1991 - SECT 9
Assessment and revision of plan for disposal of stockpile
9. The Commission must assess from time to time its plan for the management
and disposal of the wool stockpile and revise it as necessary to ensure that
at all times the wool stockpile is managed, and wool from it disposed, in
accordance with the stated objects of the Commission.
