AUSTRALIAN WOOL REALISATION COMMISSION ACT 1991 No. 107 of 1991 - SECT 83

83. The regulations may, in respect of a matter not provided for under this
Part, make such transitional or consequential provision as is necessary
because of:

   (a)  the repeal of the Wool Marketing Act 1987; or

   (b)  the enactment of the Australian Wool Realisation Commission Act 1991;
        or

   (c)  the establishment of an R & D Corporation in respect of the wool
        industry under the Primary Industries and Energy Research and
        Development Act 1989 .
