AUSTRALIAN WOOL REALISATION COMMISSION ACT 1991 No. 107 of 1991 - SECT 8

Powers relating to disposal of wool stockpile
8. (1) Without limiting the generality of its powers under section 7, the
Commission has power to determine:

   (a)  when any wool from the stockpile may be sold; and

   (b)  the terms and conditions subject to which it is sold; and

   (c)  the manner in which it is offered for sale.

(2) In making any decision under subsection (1), the Commission must have
regard to:

   (a)  the prevailing conditions in the international wool market; and

   (b)  the schedule of repayments established for the purpose of the debt
        repayment program.
