AUSTRALIAN WOOL REALISATION COMMISSION ACT 1991 No. 107 of 1991 - SECT 59

59. (1) A person who was immediately before 1 July 1991 employed under section
37 of the repealed Act continues, subject to this Act, to be an employee of
the Commission.

(2) The Commission may employ such persons as it thinks necessary for the
purposes of this Act.

(3) Subject to subsection (4) and section 60, terms and conditions of
employment of employees of the Commission are such as are determined by the
Commission.

(4) Except with the Minister's approval, a person may not be employed by the
Commission on terms and conditions more favourable than those applying to the
Managing Director.
