AUSTRALIAN WOOL REALISATION COMMISSION ACT 1991 No. 107 of 1991 - SECT 4
Australian Wool Realisation Commission
4. (1) The body corporate that was, immediately before 1 July 1991, in
existence under section 4 of the repealed Act, with the name Australian Wool
Corporation continues in existence as a body corporate and is now to be called
the Australian Wool Realisation Commission.
(2) The Commission:
(a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and
(b) has a common seal; and
(c) may acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal property; and
(d) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
(3) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice
of the imprint of the seal of the Commission appearing on a document and must
presume that the document was duly sealed.
