AUSTRALIAN WOOL RESEARCH AND PROMOTION ORGANISATION ACT 1993 No. 63 of 1993 - SECT 9
Subsequent corporate plans
9. (1) In each calendar year beginning on or after 1 January 1995, the
Organisation must prepare a corporate plan for the period of 5 years beginning
on 1 July in that year.
(2) The plan must be given to the Minister before 1 June in the calendar year.
