AUSTRALIAN WOOL RESEARCH AND PROMOTION ORGANISATION ACT 1993 No. 63 of 1993 - SECT 5

5. (1) A body to be known as the Australian Wool Research and Promotion
Organisation is established.

(2) The Organisation:

   (a)  is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and

   (b)  has a common seal; and

   (c)  may acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal property; and

   (d)  may sue and be sued in its corporate name.

(3) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice
of the imprint of the seal of the Organisation appearing on a document and
must presume that the document was duly sealed.
