AUSTRALIAN WOOL INDUSTRY COUNCIL ACT 1991 No. 97 of 1991 - SECT 9
Reports on strategic direction
9.(1) The Council may give the Minister a written report on the strategic
direction of the wool industry whenever it thinks it necessary or desirable to
do so.
(2) The Council must give such a report to the Minister when requested to do
so by the Minister in writing.
