ALBURY WODONGA DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 60 of 1991 - SECT 9
Period of appointment of appointed members
9. Section 11 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (1) and
substituting the following subsection:
"(1) An appointed member is to be appointed on a part-time basis for a period
not exceeding 3 years.".
