ALBURY WODONGA DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 60 of 1991 - SECT 19

19. (1) In this section, "appointed member" means an executive member or a
member referred to in paragraph 10 (1) (e) of the Principal Act.

(2) A person who was holding office as an appointed member of the Corporation
immediately before the commencement of this Act, continues to hold office on
the same terms and conditions as existed immediately before that commencement,
but the Chairperson holds office on a part-time basis.
