ALBURY WODONGA DEVELOPMENT ACT 1973 No. 189 of 1973 - SECT 29
Power to enter contracts.
29. The Corporation shall not enter into any contract or acquire or dispose of
any property except in accordance with an approval of the Ministerial Council.
