AUSTRALIAN WOOL CORPORATION ACT 1991 No. 108 of 1991 - SECT 99

Regulations may make transitional provisions etc. 
99. The regulations may, in respect of a matter not provided for under this
Part, make such transitional or consequential provision as is necessary
because of:

   (a)  the repeal of the Wool Marketing Act 1987; and

   (b)  the enactment of this Act and the Australian Wool Realisation 
        Commission Act 1991 .
