AUSTRALIAN WOOL CORPORATION ACT 1991 No. 108 of 1991 - SECT 59

59. The Minister must:

   (a)  for the purpose of appointing the members referred to in paragraph 49
        (1) (e); and

   (b)  for the purpose of filling a vacancy caused by the resignation of, or
        the ending of the appointment of, any of those members; by notice in
        writing given to the Presiding Member, request the Presiding Member to
        establish a Selection Committee so that the Committee can give to the
        Minister, within the period specified in the notice, the name of a
        person, or the names of persons, as the case requires, considered by
        the Committee to be suitable for appointment.
