AUSTRALIAN WOOL CORPORATION ACT 1991 No. 108 of 1991 - SECT 4

4. (1) A body to be known as the Australian Wool Corporation is established.

(2) The Corporation:

   (a)  is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and

   (b)  has a common seal; and

   (c)  may acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal property; and

   (d)  may sue and be sued in its corporate name.

(3) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice
of the imprint of the seal of the Corporation appearing on a document and must
presume that the document was duly sealed.
