AUSTRALIAN WOOL CORPORATION ACT 1991 No. 108 of 1991 - SECT 39

39. (1) There are 2 types of general meetings, namely:

   (a)  annual general meetings; and

   (b)  special general meetings.

(2) General meetings must be convened and held in accordance with this Part.
