AUSTRALIAN WINE AND BRANDY CORPORATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 60 of 1986 - SECT 30

30. After the commencement of section 14 and before 1 July 1986, Part IVA of
the Principal Act as amended by that section has effect as if "of this Act as
proposed to be amended by section 14 of the Australian Wine and Brandy
Corporation Amendment Act 1986" were inserted-

   (a)  after "paragraph 13 (1) (c)" in paragraph 29B (a);

   (b)  after "paragraph 13 (1) (c)" in paragraph 29D (a); and

   (c)  after "sub-section 13 (4)" in sub-section 29E (1).
