AUSTRALIAN WINE AND BRANDY CORPORATION ACT 1980 No. 161 of 1980 - SECT 52

52. There shall be paid to the Corporation out of the Consolidated Revenue
Fund, which is appropriated accordingly, an amount equal to the aggregate of
any amounts received by the Commonwealth, before the commencing date-

   (a)  as charge under the Wine Grapes Charges Act 1929 (including that Act
        in its application by virtue of sub-section 3 (2) of the
        Wine Grapes Charges  (Repeal) Act 1979 ;

   (b)  as levy under the Wine Grapes Levy Act 1979; or

   (c)  as penalties under section 5 of the Wine Grapes Levy Collection Act 
        1979 , that have not been taken into account in making a payment to
        the Board under sub-section 21 (1) of the Wine Overseas Marketing Act
        1929, less an amount equal to the aggregate of any amounts to be paid
        by the Commonwealth by way of refund under section 7 of the
        Wine Grapes Levy Collection Act 1979 in respect of any amounts so
        received.
