AVIATION TRANSPORT SECURITY ACT 2004 No. 8, 2004 - SECT 74

Failure to comply with confidentiality requirements
(1)
A person commits an offence if:

(a)
a special security direction is given to the person; and
(b)
the direction is in force; and
(c)
the person fails to comply with confidentiality requirements in the direction; and
(d)
the failure is not due to a disclosure made to a court or a tribunal, or to an authority or person that has the power to require the production of documents or the answering of questions.

Penalty: 20 penalty units.

(2)
Subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
