AVIATION TRANSPORT SECURITY ACT 2004 No. 8, 2004 - SECT 12
Who must have a program
The following aviation industry participants are required to have a transport
security program:
- (a)
- an operator of a security controlled airport;
- (b)
- an operator of a prescribed air service;
- (c)
- a participant of a kind prescribed in the regulations.
